OmniIntel

Terms of Service

Effective 1 September 2026. These terms apply to the current private OmniIntel workspace release.

Service description

OmniIntel is a private intelligence workspace for collecting, organizing, monitoring and reviewing information from selected publishers and newsletters. Access is by invitation. The product is not a public consumer social network and is not offered as an unrestricted internet service.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You may use OmniIntel only if an administrator has granted you access. You are responsible for the credentials you use, for keeping them confidential, and for activity under your account. Notify omniintel@eproz.business if you believe the account is compromised.

Acceptable use

Use OmniIntel only for lawful workspace purposes. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other tenants or systems, abuse Gmail or publisher endpoints, or use the service to send unsolicited mail. Do not submit content you do not have the right to process.

Connected third-party services

OmniIntel relies on third parties to operate, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google for optional Gmail access and optional model features, and OpenAI for optional model features. Their terms and availability apply to those connections.

Gmail and Google integration

Gmail is connected only when an authorized administrator completes Google's OAuth consent. OmniIntel requests read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly) to ingest messages in the configured newsletter workflow. You (or the connecting administrator) must have the right to connect that mailbox. OmniIntel is not Google and is not a Gmail client for general email.

User responsibility for connected accounts

The connecting administrator is responsible for the Google account, for the mailbox content OmniIntel is permitted to read, for creating and maintaining the newsletter label used as the ingestion boundary, and for disconnecting or revoking access when it should stop. Workspace members who read extracted intelligence are responsible for how they use it inside the team.

Intellectual property

OmniIntel, the workspace software, and the OmniIntel name remain the operator's. Publishers retain rights in their publications. Connecting Gmail or adding feeds does not transfer those rights to OmniIntel beyond what is needed to provide the workspace features.

Availability

The service is provided as a private internal release. Ingestion, feeds, sign-in and hosting may be interrupted. No particular uptime is promised.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OmniIntel is provided as-is, without warranties that intelligence is complete, current or error-free. OmniIntel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for publisher or Google service changes, beyond what applicable law requires.

Termination

Administrators may disable accounts or disconnect Gmail. The operator may suspend the workspace. After Gmail is disconnected, stored tokens are removed; remaining corpus data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Policy changes

These terms may be updated at this URL. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply to that use.
